• Now decodes/exports/encodes Pressure level data to "hundredths" accuracies. 

ANALYTIC Module Enhancements

• Added option to produce a "Soaring Guidance Report" that can be emailed. 
• Added the VTP (Violent Tornado Parameter) to the Sounding's custom Listing options.
