BASIC Program Enhancements

Added direct access video tutorial Help buttons throughout the program.
Expanded RAOB's CSV Decoder to accept 2 user-defined data fields.

ANALYTIC Module Enhancements

The Bunkers' Storm Motion "mean wind layer" is now user-configurable.
Added the new "Fog Table", which can produce Radiation and Advection fog index values.

ADVANCED EXPORT Module

Improved the Layer Data to provide greater vertical detail.

STANDARD MERGE Module

Added option to list Mean and Standard Deviation values of merged composite soundings.

ADVANCED MERGE Module

Automatically detects and pre-merges Radar wind profiles, which contain alternating short/long pulses, into consolidated profiles.
Automatically merges RAOB CSV formatted "Extra" data as described in the CSV Data Format.

HODOGRAPH & INTERACTIVE Module

Hodograph labels can now be plotted at 1 Km intervals.

FRONTS & FORECAST Module

The Frontal-Analysis screen can now be resized during operation.

CROSS-SECTION Modules

Added 3 new Meteogram parameters: Surface Wind Direction, and 1 Km Wind Speed & Direction.

ADVANCED CROSS-SECTION Module

Added the new Compare Mode, which permits simultaneous display of Cross-Section and/or Time-Height diagrams.
Added ability to automatically create Time-Height diagrams from Batch commands.
Increased the maximum sounding limit from 2,000 to 3,000 soundings per diagram.

SPECIAL DATA DECODERS Module

Added the new Meisei sounding decoder for single sounding data files.
Added the new NSHARP2 decoder.
Expanded the FSL decoder to process "old" format data.
Modified the Leosphere decoder to process null (missing) data levels.

SODAR/LIDAR/RADAR Decoders Module

Added the new Mitsubishi (radar) wind profiler decoder with UVW wind component data.
Added the new RemTech (sodar) wind profiler decoder with UVW wind component data.
