Added the new Custom View display system.

Added option to save soundings in the older RAOB 5x series RAW format.

Added file "search pattern" options for the Batch & Timer's automated merging of 2 soundings into 1 composite sounding.
Added a Batch & Timer option to allow RAOB to "close" or "remain active" after a Batch/DOS command.
The Batch & Timer (and other output functions) can now FTP files to other locations.
Added the new RPM (Raob Parameter Metric) index: a single-value indicator of total severe weather potential.

Includes options for the old Classic Mode and the new Advanced mode.
The Advanced export mode has options to export in either Text, CSV, or TSV format.
User can specify sequence, units, mode, decimal precision, and edit column labels.
The Individual Parameters tab can export over 220 sounding parameters.
The Sounding Elements tab allows re-creation of over 30 sounding elements in any format or configuration.
The Layer Data tab can export up to 5 sets of layer data sets.

Automatically merges two multi-sounding files into one composite multi-sounding file.
Takes Temperature/pressure data from one file and Wind/height data from another file.
This module can run independently of the RAOB program.

Automatically forecasts the Maximum Surface Temperature and adjusts the sounding profile, with configuration options.
