RAOB Basic program:
-  Automated retrieval of large WMO Coded files for faster loading.
-  Improved the WMO Decoder to process very large WMO coded messages.
-  Modified UWYO Decoder to process BUFR-derived high-resolution soundings.
-  Modified NSHARP Decoder to to recognize data header variations.
-  Added "Lightning" to the sounding diagram's Custom Data listing options.
-  Added "data readout" balloons to Google Earth sounding plots.
-  Expanded the BUFKIT Decoder to process a columnar format variant.
-  RAOB can now process files containing up to 30,000 profiles.

Analytic module:
-  Added "Cloud Layer" data to the Listing's "Data Analyses" tab.
-  Added ability to automatically download UWYO soundings.
-  Added ability to alter the Storm Character nomogram's Shear layer depth.
-  Added the SHERB index, a normalized, composite parameter.
-  Added the following output parameters to the Sounding Custom Data listing.

-  Added a Vaisala RS41-SGP high-resolution sounding decoder.
-  Added an RS-Tracker Decoder for "RS41 Tool" generated data files.
-  Added the Windsond high-resolution, economy profiler decoder.
-  Added the CW3E Decoder for UCSD Scripps high-resolution profiles.
-  Added the IGRA Decoder for NCDC created sounding files.
-  Added the MADIS decoder for profiler data.
-  Added the Azista Industries decoder.
-  Expanded the Meteociel Decoder to process high-resolution profiles.

Sodar/Radar/Lidar Data Decoders module:
-  Added the new Zephir Lidar wind profile decoder.
-  Expanded the RemTech decoder to process GPS coordinate data.

Advanced Export module:
-  Added the CAPE LFC to 3km Layer export parameter.
-  Added the Specific Humidity export element.
-  Added Inversion Layer data options.
-  Added Cloud Layer data options.
-  Added Fog Layer data options.
-  Added Front Layer data options.
-  Added the -40C and -20C data levels.
-  Added option to only export "surface" data.

Advanced Cross-Section module:
-  Increased the maximum profile limit from 3,000 to 6,000 soundings per diagram.

Turbulence & Mountain-Wave module:
-  Added a "water column" units menu option for Inches or Centimeters.

Fronts & Forecast module:
-  Added ability to apply RAOB's 'maximum surface temperature' forecasts to multi-sounding files.
    -- This also requires use of RAOB's 'Standard Encoders' module.

Standard Encoders module:
-  Added the SHARP (SPC) Encoder.

Standard Radiometer Decoders module:
-  Can now decode "numeric" and "alpha" designated SCAN designators.

Advanced Radiometers Decoders module:
-  Can now automatically transfer "Special RDX" data from Cross-Sections to Soundings.
